Our Services
Family Based Petition
We help legal permanent residents (LPR) and citizens of the United States who desire to start processing the legal residence of family members to the United States file a petition at the Office of Immigration and Citizenship Services (USCIS).
Asylum Application
We help families and individuals that seek safety in the United States of America fill out the required form I-589 in order to initiate and complete the asylum seeking process.
Work Permit
Obtain a Permanent Resident Card (Green Card), an Employment Authorization Document (work permit), or a visa permitted by an employer. It is important to understand how to comply with all of the conditions for employment authorization. Violating even one of the conditions could result in removal or prohibition from entry to the United States. We work tirelessly to help fulfill your dream to work in the United States.
Change of Venue
There is a requirement to notify the courts with every change of address. The change of address while in the process of deportation is attained through documents that we help you to complete. There are five days to notify immigration from the move date of address change.
